You know there has been a lot of crap here the last few days…

I’m going to address a few things that SERIOUSLY have rubbed me wrong, and then I am gong to brush this shit off my shoulders and enjoy what is left of my day…

It was said that this is not MY BLOG because I am selling things on it.

Firstly let me point out the receipt for web hosting I have in my hand.  I’m fairly certainly that’s momma’s name on there *that would be me*.  Momma pays for this site, and therefore this IS my blog.   If I want to post pictures of me naked with feathers glued to my eyebrows, then by golly… I’m a gonna.  WHY?  Because its my blog and I CAN.

Secondly.
NO WHERE do I see a PAYPAL BUTTON on this blog?  This is not a store.  Its my blog.  And why in the hell should it matter if I sell what I make or not as to whether I am free to do on my blog what I want?  This is my place to hang out post my random what-evers and go about my day.  Do I tell people about things I have for sell in my store?  HELL YEA.  Do I tell them about things my friends have for sale?  WELL HELLS YEA!  WHY? Because of my first little point up there.  I pay the bills round here and I can post what ever I want.

Listen, and I’m going to lay it all out on the line here, so you can take it however you see fit.

Am I upset I made someone mad and lost a customer?  UMMM. No, not really.  Why?  Because I doubt I lost a customer.  Again I point out this is NOT the store.  Customers are in the store…  MY PEEPS hit the blog. lol…  Peeps don’t come to the blog to spend money.  They would go to the store to do that  Folks come here to see what bullshit I’m spoutin that day, and maybe if their lucky grab whatever freebie may be posted that day.  OR they just found my blog because they were looking for a freebie.  You know what else?  I am totally COOL with that!  If I wasn’t I wouldn’t be posting the freebies to begin with. 

Why am I cool with that?  hmm, Because I wasn’t always as lucky as I am now and I know there are plenty of folks out there that don’t really have the extra cash to grab all the goodies they want, they have things like kids to feed and bills to pay.  IM COOL WITH THAT.  THAT would be why I do occasionally post freebies.  If they happen to like them and do wander on over to the store.. WOOHOO!!!  That’s a margarita for Momma this weekend when we go out for dinner!  YAY, go me! 

But the bullshit is why more often then not I DONT post freebies.  You aren’t ENTITLED to them.  I give them to you because I WANT to.  Do I stick a link to my store in the zip.  Well YEA, I’d be stupid not to.  Do I care if you ever click it, um… NO.  Do I HAVE to post freebies?  Nope, not posting one today, and I see you still sitting there reading.  Why? because I have taken the time to type all this out, and for some reason you are curious what it says HAHA!  ON POINT:  I don’t HAVE to because this is *GASP* MY BLOG and *OMG SUPER GASP* I CAN POST ON IT WHATEVER I WANT. Or in this case NOT POST.

See the problem with this business is the digi scrapping community as a whole is so damn cliquey that it almost make a person want to puke.  *yep, just threw up a little in my mouth.*  And if you run across someone not breaking their back to try to fit into that “clique” because you are so conditioned to it, it throws your entire system into shock. 

I’m not going to be fakey fakey to try to get a few extra dollars.  I’m going to be me, and if you are cool with that then so be it.  But if you need someone to blow smoke up your ass, then you really don’t need to be anywhere near me.   I’m not a good puffer.  I say exactly what I’m thinking, and somewhere along the way between my mouth and your ears all that “sugar” is going to fall off and you just end up with ME. 

Actually I just lied a little up there.  I’m going to have a margarita with dinner whether you buy my stuff or not.  LOL..  The point I’m trying to make is… why is it in this business, people don’t buy based on quality but rather buy from people based on their perceptions of that person? 

LET ME CLARIFY HERE, I’m not bitching that I don’t make enough money.   If I were in this because I needed the money, I would be a lot thinner then I am, and living in my car (if I could afford one) LOL…

Sorry when I get fired up, my mind goes 10x faster then my fat little fingys.

My main point is..

I’m a person, just like everyone else.  I pay for this blog, just like you do yours.  I can post on it whatever I want.  This is my place to hang out, ramble on, share some stuff with friends, blah blah blah.  I have the right to do that.  This is MY place TO DO THAT.  If by some weird twist of fate, you find that interesting, Then woo hoo, We can be friends.  If not, oh well.  We weren’t friends before you came here, so there is no harm in not being friends when you click that red X up there.  I wouldn’t be able to make everyone happy on this planet, no matter how hard I tried, so why would I waste the time and effort to ‘FAKE IT” on my blog?  For example, I’ve pissed people off over the books listed in my book list over there.  I suppose I cant read what I want because I sell scrap supplies.   I’ve pissed people off because I put some freebies in the store instead of on 4shared.  Pissed em off because I used rapid-share and they didn’t have a rapid-share account.  Oh, my favorite, because I gave out a template as a PSP file instead of a PSD file….  

No, Instead, I can take all that wasted effort and be myself, and REALLY make some friends.  People who are ok with the “sugar free” kind of gal I am.  That’s the kind of folks I prefer download my freebies anyway.  There is no ’smoke” to blow away here.  This is just ME.  On MY BLOG.  The blog I paid for, the blog I am allowed to post what ever I want on *including music* or naked feathers.

Now… this shit has totally killed any creativity I may have woke up with for today, so there is NO FREEBIE TODAY.   Instead,  think I will go apply for some CTs because, much like YOU, I rather enjoy getting shit for free. and OMG!  *gasp* I’m even grateful!  Now excuse me whilest I gather up the rest of my feathers…
