Actually, the same thing happened to me a few years ago, only I had a company car. I came out of the post office and jumped into the car... the key FIT the ignition!!! I started to back out and noticed someone had left sneakers on the passenger seat. I started looking around and my stuff was replaced with someone elses. That's when I realized I was in the wrong car!!!!! I quickly pulled forward and got out... I know the feeling you are talking about! Thanks for making my day...
