Hey, remember that Old timey pic I posted other day?  Look what was hanging in the shop window today!  woohoo!  We all felt famous!

We took a horse and carriage ride around town…

well this morning got off to a good start!  I got up ON TIME, blogged, got dressed, and dropped Gumpers off at the vet to de-manthang him.  He was so sad when i was leaving without him.  I think he thought I was giving him away.  You know, because he had been given away 3 times before I got him.  His little face was just “but. but, but….”  I almost cried leaving him there….  I called as soon as we got here, and he is doing 100% fine.  Unfortunately the surgery has NOT made him not want to ride the Sweetz express everytime he takes a breath…  LOL!

We made it to Brown County a-ok!  It rained off and on the entire way here!  Its kind of drizzling here, but atleast its not raining full on!  If you follow my twitter/facebook then you already know: we headed out around 10ish this morning.

We got here just a smidge before 3…

We came in stretched our legs then decided to go find food since we didn’t stop for lunch on the way here..  We really wanted something different, so of course we chose MEXICAN! bwahahaha!!!!!!!!

Mel and I ordered Chimichangas, and they were yummo.  To show how different we are Mel got beef and I got chicken, now theres variety for ya!  LOL

yep, all mixed up and yummy!  Everyone teases that I always make mine look like its already been ate once.  LOL!!!

When we got back to the room tonight, the sun was already going down

so Mel and I did what we do best…
Yep, whipped out the camera and started snapping some shots!  LOL

The rain has REALLY cooled it off so we came in and fired up the fireplace…

so now we’re all just sitting toasting up around the fire

with full bellies and thinking about bed!

I won dibs and get to be the first in the Jacuzzi, so Im outtie!

Mel, Bug, and I are off for my families annual ALL GIRL WEEKEND!

The All Girl Weekend is when all of the females in my family pack up and leave their men-folk at home and head off to BROWN COUNTY, INDIANA for a weekend of shopping and relaxing with the rest of the clan.  Brown County is an artist community so it’s full of little shops and nicknack spots!

In the past we have done some pretty fun things like hay rides, horse and buggy tours, weenie roasts…  who knows what trouble we’ll find this year!  I thought I would just throw up a few pics from trips in the past, and invite you all to join us!
