I know I know, I didn’t blog yesterday.  Its ok, I did do my project365 though.  Check my album (to the right) to see my pics from yesterday…

As for today, it seemed to flow by in a huge breeze.  The kids start back to school tomorrow after this extra long Christmas break, so I spent the day doing laundry and re-gathering those backpack items that seemed to disappear over the break. 

After supper tonight, Bug and I curled on the couch upstairs and watched PLANET EARTH on the Discovery channel.  Lots of oooooooo’s and ahhhhhhhh’s could be heard from us BOTH as the hours passed. LOL…

The guys headed downstairs to the big screen and watched House.  I’m really surprised that Bub likes that show.  Its such a “grown up” show.  But he likes it.  Every bit as much if not more then Darrin does.

I got the laundry all finished up, included Darrin’s work clothes and Everyone is snug in bed now, so the house is nice and quiet.  It’s so nice when it’s quiet.

Dances with Wolves is on, and as my eyes started to droop I thought of you guys.  Thought I better get on here and do a quickie so you wouldn’t be thinking I hadn’t been doing my P365.  LOL…

While we were watching Planet Earth, I got the serious jones for something sweet.  I got off my rear and did what I do best and that was fix some of my most favortist yummy unhealthy goodness.  LOL

So for today’s post I thought I would show you a few of my favorite things.

The first of which has NOTHING to do with food. LOL.

One of MY FAVORITE THINGS, is Pantene.  I really don’t think I would have hair withoutt it.  It is the ONLY conditioner I have found that loosens the tangles enough for me to get a comb through my hair when it is wet

. 

My hair is long, THICK, dry, curly, and fuzzy.   The underside at the nape is SOOOO tangley.  I call it my “fro”.

    Pantene is the best!

I rotate between Pantene for CURLS and the next time I buy shampoo I buy Pantene for dry damaged hair.

I dont blow dry my hair or curl it.  I do sometimes iron it out straight, but usually its just in a low pony tail OR sloppy pony tail/bun.   I suppose I need a hair cut.  Its down to the top of my pants in the back.  I did cut it the other day, myself.  You know, the flip your head over and trim, so now I have some layers at least. It does look more healthy then it did when it was all one length. 

I am toying with the idea of giving myself some bangs, but I don’t know.  I like being able to pull it back into a pony tail and ALL OF IT being pulled back.  No little stragglers to get in my face, food, WAY.

My next favorite thing is kind of two things.   It is home made cookies.  Now, I know what you are thinking.  How is that two things?  Well, because I like MAKING THEM almost as much as I like eating them!

tonight I made Peanut Butter Cookies.  Timing was bad.  They came out of the oven right after the kids went to bed, and of course the smell roused everyone back down the hall. LOL…

Scrumptious, chewy, gooey, home made, peanut butter cookies.  There is NOTHING better then home made, fresh baked yummy goodness.

My last favorite thing of course is my camera.  Which gave me a photo for my P365.  {well the cookies are p365 too, but the off shot, just FOR p365… well thats this one}  This one was taken playing with that color accent mode I told you about the other day…

i hope you had a great new years eve.  i spent mine nuzzled on the couch with my kids, watching the ball drop in NYC via CNN.  

A new month, a new year, and TONS of paperwork.  I decided today I need a secretary.  Im trying to get all my paperwork together and can find nothing. LOL.  I spent a good 10 minutes thinking “now, where WOULD I have put that one” for every single file I needed today.   lol…

lol.  I have been in my office since 7am doing payroll and starting  my end of the year paperwork.  I came out at 6:30.  Too many hours for this old body.  Must pace myself.  Its not going anywhere.  It can get done when it gets done…. yes yes, I know.

on top of being sick over Christmas, we found out my Sweetz has been being violated.  Oh yes, Sweetz has a new man and I have named him McNasty!

Here he is hiding waiting for me to go back inside, so he can sneak in….

You see…

We had a good fence.  Until this past week.  McNasty has taken up with digging UNDER it to get into my back yard, to have his way with my pug.  We have spent Christmas holiday having to take my dog out into our FENCED IN YARD, because she cant be left unattended.    The other night, I heard scratching on the door and sleepily got up thinking I must have left our dog outside, to my surprise it was THAT DOG!   It had dug back into our yard AGAIN and was scratching on the door.  This dog has ruined our yard, our fence, and Im sure our dog will have a nice batch of unknown puppies….

It has to belong to somebody, though it doesn’t have a collar.  Its been so rainy and is muddy, but as you can see the dog is white and CLEAN.  I find it hard to believe it is a stray.

How can I keep it from digging under my fence!!! 

I called the Humane Society yesterday, and they came out.  Of course he was no where to be seen.  They said his owners are legally liable for our fence which is good.  They just have to catch him, and when they come to claim him my insurance company will know who to sue….

Here is McNasty sitting across the street OUT BACK.  A fairly good distance away, my camera was on FULL ZOOM…  its across our back yard, another back yard, a street, and another yard.  See him.   Watching and WAITING for Sweetz to come out to play.

And when I open the door….  HERE HE COMES!!!!

No MCNASTY NO!!!!!!!  Back I say!!! BACK!!!

Here’s some of the damage McNasty and his hormones have done.  My man thang is FURIOUS.  We have temporarily fixed about 8 holes and tears, but every time we go out we find more….

DAMN YOU MCNASTY!!!!  CURSES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Andrea said it was obviously MY FAULT!  That me letting Sweetz go out in her cute little pink tutu was just tooooo tempting for McNasty!  Bullocks I say!   What she wears does not make it ok for him to just rip into our yard and have his way!!!

I will get you McNasty!  And you WILL a rue the day!
