It seems I keep getting asked the same things over and over again.  So here is some faq for you.

Can I use your scrap kits in to create "signature tags"?

Creating a sigtag for yourself is fine.  Creating mass tags for groups of people is not.  Creating and sharing "blanks" is not. So making a tag for YOU, fine.  Your friends, not fine.  They need to purchase the kit themselves.

Can I use your scrap kits to "theme" my site/blog?

Yes, and No.  Firstly, your site/blog can NOT be for commercial use.  If you advertise products there, it IS commercial use!  Even if you aren’t selling straight off your blog.

You may use my kits to HELP theme your site, but you may not use the kit in its entirety.  Any image of mine in your theme needs to be 72 dpi and less then 150 x 150 pixels.  For example, you can use a flower, or a brad converted to 72 dpi and "incorporated" into your theme.  But you can not use one of my kits to completely dress your site.

All of this applies to YOUR site/blog.  You are not allowed to theme other people sites, create themes/skins to share etc.  If they would like my kits on their sites, they need to purchase the kit.

If using ANY of my elements in your theme.  A link to www.bunnycates.com must be CLEARLY visible on each page of the site.  (in the footer)   For an example, see the footer of this blog.  Please email me a link to the site, so I can add you to my "Authorized" list.

Can I use your scrap kits to create blog headers?

Read the usage rules above.

Can I use your scrap kits in my tutorials?

Of course you can, and I would be honored for you to do so!  There are a few restrictions I have to place on this though! 

  • The items used can not be redistributed.  So you can not pass out my creations as "supplies"
  • for items used, the item name, my name, and a LINK to the item need be provided. Ex:  "Fancy Britches by Bunny Cates at DSO"
  • A link to www.bunnycates.com must be CLEARLY visible on each page of the tutorial near the bottom.   Please email me a link to the tutorial, so I can add you to my "Authorized" list and LINK you here on my blog!

I missed this freebie, can i have it?

Sure, all the freebies are available free for a limited time.  Once they come off the blog they go into the BARGAIN BIN at DSO.  If you would like that item, run thru the bin and grab it.  They are only .99
