I can not believe its been almost a week since I blogged already.  I can not believe school is out for the summer.  I can not believe my baby boy is actually a high schooler now.  I can not believe I am really THAT old. *gasp*

ALL products must go through quality check and PASS. Two designers left the Vault this week.    Americo decided to go exclusive to his own site, and Redju has gone exclusive with a new site.  I wish them both the best of luck (but secretly I hope to see them back at the Vault some day!)  As you know DSV does not have open designer “calls” but if you know a designer that puts out GREAT commercial use products – have one of the current DSV Designers recommend them.  We do not accept random applications, but if one of our current team (who know what we expect quality wise) thinks you will fit in with our site – they’ll let us know!  So if you know some one, get the ball rolling to have them referred!

We have had a crazy week.  School is out, so we had awards and graduations etc…  Its been a long and very tiring week! 

Bub graduated from 8th grade and is now officially a high schooler. I love this photo. {above}  I love that it features the school.  This school, used to be the old high school here.  My dad, Bubs granddad graduated high school from this very school! 

This is the only pic of Dad graduating I can find. {above}  Im looking for one with him AND the school.  I think it would make an awesome layout with this pic of Bub.

I had about 10 minutes to get from Bub’s graduation over to Sis’s award ceremony.

I cant believe my 9 yr old baby is as tall as her 3rd grade teacher, Mrs, McElroy.  Mrs. McElroy looked at me and then at Darrin and promptly told us she expected us to be “taller”.  LOL! 

Yep, its been a crazy week.

1.  School is out!
Seriously it feels like just yesterday we were meeting new teachers, and getting back in the habit!

2.  Bub is a high schooler.
OMG, not only does this make me feel very old but it really makes me miss these days…

 

3.  My baby girl is as tall as an adult.

4. I cant believe all of my pepaws are gone.  I’ve really miss this one this week.

5.  mostly I cant believe all the crazy schtuff that has gone down this week!
I bet when I have a second to process everything properly, Im going to not be able to NOT cry.  *sigh*  Its been a crazy ass LONG week.

BLUCK!  Nothing like sitting down to type you guys “a letter” and accidently sucking down a pop that’s been sitting here for 2 days. *GAG*…  see this is why I like coffee.  There is never leftovers to accidently choke on the next day.  NEVER!

Anyway,

This has been kind of a busy/crazy/unreal week in the Cates household.

Our sliding glass doors into the retreat got busted, the water heater – which is NEW I might add – keeps shutting itself off, and the hubs has been on a 15 day stretch for work so its been a “non-minding” free-for-all around here…

Then I got a visit from the cable company.  Apparently all my computers were causing a drain on the grid and affecting the neighbors internet speeds. LOL… OOPSY!  Well, my internet is going to be crap now until they come back and install some amp thingy on my modem because they had to throttle me outside so the neighbors could get some flowage.  Who knew 8 pc, 5 TVs, and 2 laptops would affect everyone on my block?  I sure didn’t!  hehehe.  I’m so naughty!

AND I realized just how much my hair is falling out now.  This CANT be normal.  This is from ONE brushing.  What’s up with that?!
